It was minted at the Potosi Mint. The Cross is 95% visible, a beautiful lion, nicely struck. The shield is 90% visible but is deteriorated along the upper right quadrant.
Most interesting is the three (3) III's at 4 o'clock on the legend, standing for "the 3rd" as in Philip III. The coin does not have the traditional Mel Fisher Certificate but the flippette insert is included proving its authenticity.
