Description: A beautiful silver crown size coin from the Mexico. This is the 1911 one or un peso coin for the Mexican United States. This is the coin known as Caballito and was designed by Charles Pillet.
The coin displays a horse with a rider facing left within sun rays on the obverse with the date below. The reverse shows the Mexican eagle with a serpent in its beak, the denomination, and the words ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS along the edge.The edge of the coin is also marked "INDEPENDENCIA Y LIBERTAD" all along the rim.
